Trixter Film GmbH is one of Germany’s leading animation and visual effects studios. We represent digital processing of the highest quality and are proud to have worked on international feature films such as Iron Man 2, Green Hornet, Narnia 3, Green Lantern, X-Men: First Class and Captain America.
In Germany we are best known for our contribution to Bully’s Hui Buh, Wickie and the CG character Hektor in Lilli the Witch.

We are offering an internship in the art department in our Munich office on short notice, running from July 4th until September 30th. The internship is focusing on pre-production work for an ambitious 2D animation project.

Primary tasks:
• Working closely with senior artists in support of their tasks during pre-production
• Pre-production for this project mainly consists of character & background design, storyboards, moods, layouts, model packs and animatics

Requirements:
• Strong artistic background
• Proficient Photoshop user
• Experience with After Effects is a plus
• Able to work as part of a team
• Strong communication skills as well as the ability to structure the workflow so that conceptual changes can be made efficiently
• Knowledge of 2D animation production pipelines and post production in general is an advantage
