Wir sind ein kreatives und unabhängiges Entwicklungsstudio für digitale Unterhaltungssoftware
im Herzen der wunderschönen Landeshauptstadt München. Gegründet wurde unser Unternehmen
im Jahr 2006 mit Unterstützung des Produktionshauses remote control productions GmbH. Neben
der Entwicklung zahlreicher eigener IPs übernehmen wir auch die Umsetzung von Auftragsarbeiten
– von der Konzeption bis zur Fertigstellung. Spielspaß und Ideenreichtum stehen dabei immer an
vorderster Stelle. Kreativität, Teamgeist und Talent werden bei uns gefördert. Bei der Entwicklung
und Vermarktung unserer qualitativ hochwertigen Spiele sind wir durch unsere mehr als 8-jährige
Expertise im Bereich Mobile-Gaming und Cross-Plattform-Entwicklung sowie unser preisgekröntes
Portfolio von Top-Titeln, wie beispielsweise „Angry Birds Epic“, eines der führenden Entwicklerstudios
in der deutschen Games-Branche – und mit dir als Teil unseres über 35-köpfigen Teams wollen wir
diesen Erfolg in der coolsten Branche der Welt noch weiter ausbauen.


Aufgabenbereich:
• finales Polishing und einheitliches Zusammenführen von 2D-Assets
• Modellierung, Texturierung und Animation von Assets
• Erstellung von effizienten Asset-Workflows
• Planung und Erarbeitung hochwertiger Grafikkonzepte zu Spielwelten und Charakteren
• Unterstützung und der Art Implementation ins Spiel
• verantwortlich für die Einhaltung eines kosistenten Art-Stils der Games
• Betreuung aller Artists im Team, das geben von Feedback und Praxisanleitungen

Anforderungen:
• mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Computerspiel-Entwicklung
• Begeisterung für Computer- und Videospiele
• sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in kleinen Teamstrukturen
• Kenntnisse über Game-Engines, gängige u. effiziente Workflows (+ Tools) & Development Prozesse
• gute Kenntnisse in 2D/3D Programmen (Adobe Produkte, 3DS Max, etc)
• gute Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von 3D Modellen u. Texturen
• Kentnisse im Erstellen von Skizzen und Game Art
• breites Wissen über Art Production in Spielen, Filmen und/oder Printmedien
• selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• hohe Motivation und Flexibilität
• gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift

Von Vorteil sind:
• Erfahrungen im Projektmanagment (vorzugsweise agile, SCRUM)
• Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Outsourcing- bzw. Motion Capturing Partnern

The kind of stuff you’ll be doing:
• Be responsible for containing a consistent art style in the game
• Plan and develop high class graphical concepts for play areas and characters
• Support all artists, give feedback and guidance
• Modeling, texturing and animation of assets
• Provide efficient asset workflows
• Final polishing and consistent merge of 2D assets
• Support art implementation into the game

Who we’re looking for:
• You have a minimum three years of related professional experience
• You love playing mobile and browser games
• You have excellent communication skills within small team structures (German/English)
• You have high knowledge about game-engines, common and efficient workflows (+ Tools) & development processes
• You handle 2D and 3D Software (preferably Adobe Software and 3D Studio Max) easily
• You are good at 3D modelling and texturing
• You are experienced in doing game art and sketches
• You have a broad knowledge of art production in games, movies and print media
• You have the ability to work self-directed and reliably
• You have great communication skills in English both verbally and in writing

Nice to have:
• Knowledge of project management (agile, scrum)
• Experience in handling outsourcing and motion capturing partners
